Shipping & Refund Policy

Processing & Production Times

As our Solar Screens and insulative materials are made to order, production times vary based on demand and material availability. Estimated production timeframes are displayed on the product page and at checkout.

Orders are processed in batches, and while we strive to meet estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to supply chain factors.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been manufactured, it will be dispatched using a trusted courier service.

All custom orders are final and are made exactly to the templates that are supplied and agreed upon.

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Solar Screen lead times may be different, as these are made to order. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Order Cancellations & Changes

Made-to-Order Products: Due to the custom nature of our Solar Screens, cancellations and changes can only be made before production begins. If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@makscc.com.au.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to assist. Warranty information is listed on all of our products.

Refunds will not be offered for change-of-mind returns. We can offer exchanges in some circumstances, as long as the item is unused and in new condition.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent items.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or normal wear and tear.

Return Process:

Contact us at admin@makscc.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue (including photos if applicable).

If eligible, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect. MAKS will offer return shipping within 7 days of the item being delivered.

Refunds & Replacements

If a return is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 10 business days upon receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once collected by the courier.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your shipment.
